Hot Hot Hot!!
Friday, June 30th, 2006It’s bloody hot here in Shanghai! It’s 35 degrees outside according to the weather report, but I feel it’s like 50 degrees. Almost every room in the city has an air conditioner…can’t imagine how much they contribute to the terrible summer.
When I came to Shanghai the first time in 1991, the summer was quite nice - I could sleep very well without any cooling device, but now air conditioners are necessary, which makes the summer hotter and hotter each and every year.
